More than 80 major US government websites are lacking the security layers needed to protect visitors, especially one of them is still inaccessible.
A recent report, more than 80 US government websites are not safe and cannot be accessed because of not updating security certificates (TLS). It is worth mentioning that many of them belong to important government organizations such as the Ministry of Justice, the Court of Appeal or NASA Space Agency.

Most affected sites will allow users to bypass security alerts to access the site. However, this action is quite dangerous and may result in the user being attacked. For example, if the place is no longer secure, users may mistakenly access impersonation pages. From there, hackers can exploit sensitive information such as credit card numbers or passwords.
Some NASA websites do not have security certificates.
Also, some websites are not accessible. It isn’t clear whether this is a form of security, but it is clear that the site is blocked may make the site’s information function wholly prevented.
